Seascape common area amenities damaged by Hurricane Ian are under renovation with the following estimated timetable for completion:  swimming pool by the end of September 2025, tennis & pickleball courts by the end of September 2025, parking areas completed in September 2025.

It is impossible to be automated on this site with booking because the system doesn't calculate the rates properly.  Use the booking calendar only to determine availability.  Please contact me at ehoyerb@gmail.com and tell me when you are interested in renting, keeping in mind that I am prohibited by the Seascape Condominium Association from renting for periods of less than one month and I will only rent for full months which begin on the first of the month and end on the first day of the next month.

Currently the monthly rates are:

$6,000 for January

$6,500 for February

$6,500 for March 

$3,500 for April, November, or December

$3,200 for May or October

$3.000 for June through September

Check in is on the first of the month after 4 p.m. and your check out is on the first of the next month before 10:00 a.m.  There is a $125 cleaning fee that is taxable, as is the rent.  6.5% for the Florida Department of Revenue Sales Tax and 5% for the Lee County Tourist Development Tax.  The Seascape registration fee is paid directly by the renter to the office upon arrival.  It is currently $75 and is not subject to tax.
